Assignment:  Think about theme ideas, read Dr. Seuss books, watch Survivor!  Come with a vote for the theme next meeting.

Assigned Levels to Stake Leaders

Level 1 (girls going into 7th grade) - Julie Harrison and Jenny Curtis
Level 2 (girls going into 8th grade) - Lisa Zimmerman and Cristy Orton
Level 3 (girls going into 9th grade) - Erin LeVitre and Kristen Siddoway
Level 4 (girls going into 10th grade) - Christy Harris and Barbara Peterson
Level 5 (girls going into 11th grade) - Kami Hixson and Darby Turnbow
Youth Leaders (girls going into 12 grade and girls just graduated from high school)

Assignment:  Contact your ward and get a list of the girls in your ward by level (including Youth Leaders with phone number and email).  Also, please get a list of leaders who plan on going to camp with their ward position, email address and phone number.  See Jenny Curtis' sample from the 3rd ward.

Miscellaneous Topics

Equipment:   set up by leaders on Tuesday before everyone arrives

Meals:  Stake leaders will divide and eat with each level.  Suggested:  bring an simple activity, game etc. when you come.  Also - suggested that we have one menu for the entire camp - ie:  Wednesday is Taco Night

T-shirts:  each color a different level.  Stake leaders will have one of the level shirts.

Feedback from past stake camps:  more down time, later start time in the morning, same menu for everyone

Assignment:  Come with one menu item for camp
